AdziloTerms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Adzilo Network Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (company no. 81497492) (“Adzilo”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use our games, including Pop Toy Match 3D (the “Game”). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree to them for you. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything in the Game.
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game, including its code, characters, art, music and text, belong to Adzilo or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Game except as the law expressly allows.
3. Virtual items
- Coins, gems, blind boxes, figures, decorations and other virtual items (“Virtual Items”) are part of the licence above. You do not own them, and they have no value in real money.
- Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, or sold or transferred to anyone, and we never buy them back.
- We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items, prices and game features at any time, for example to fix bugs or keep the Game fair.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refund requests go to them, following their policies, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
- Consumable items, such as coins, gems and boxes, are delivered straight away and are used up. Non-consumable items, such as VIP, can be restored on the same store account from Settings → Restore purchases.
- Daily rewards bought with a pass are claimed once per day for the length of the pass. Days you miss are not added at the end.
- If you live in the EU or UK, you agree that consumable items are delivered immediately, and you accept that this means you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for them.
5. Blind boxes and odds
Blind boxes give you a random figure. The chance of getting each rarity tier is shown in the Game on the odds screen, which you can reach from the shop. We will update the odds screen before any change to the odds takes effect.
6. Ads
The Game shows ads. Some ads are optional and give a reward when you watch them to the end, for example extra coins or a second chance at a level. We do not have to give the reward if an ad fails to load, is skipped or is blocked.
7. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or modified clients, or exploit bugs;
- tamper with purchases, ads or leaderboards;
- use a leaderboard name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or infringes their rights;
- interfere with the Game's servers or other players.
We may reset scores, remove names or Virtual Items, or end your access if you break these rules.
8. Availability and progress
We try to keep the Game running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Progress is saved to the cloud when you are online. Progress made offline, or on a device that is reset or lost before it can sync, may not be recoverable.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, Adzilo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, Virtual Items or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the larger of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and HK$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop playing and delete the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 2, 3, 9 and 11 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of your country continue to apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
13. App stores
These terms are between you and Adzilo, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple has no duty to provide support or maintenance for it and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
